I have made a point of discussing liquidity for months now. If global liquidity rises, asset prices rise. If liquidity falls, asset prices fall.
There is a direct and undeniable correlation between global liquidity, the economy and asset prices.
Sometimes asset prices will lead and sometimes they will follow, but the correlation is nearly perfect. Right now, liquidity, due to tariffs, is threatening to crash and bring markets along with it.
